Notice ... Early voting for the November 3, 2026 General Election begins on September 24, 2026 at the Office of the Lawrence County Clerk in the Lawrence County Courthouse located at 1100 State Street in Lawrenceville.  The clerk's office will be open Monday-Friday from 8am to 4pm for early voting.  Early voting will continue to and through Monday, November 2.  On Saturday, October 31, the clerk's office will conduct early voting from 9am to Noon.  The courthouse will be closed for the Columbus Day Holiday on Monday, October 12.

I.D.C. Committee meetings will continue to meet on the second Tuesday of each month, however, the meeting time has changed to 8:30 AM.

The Lawrence-Allison Fire Protection District has an opening for the position of trustee.  This person will be part of a three-person (3) committee tasked with administrative supervision of the fire protection district.  The ideal candidate will have a background in either emergency related services and/or the handling of finances (budgets, tax levies, accounts payable).
